Radon Testing can prevent lung cancer:

Radon is a naturally occurring radioactive gas that has been linked to causing lung cancer. It's a silent killer, as you can't see or smell radon, therefore testing is the only way to know your level of exposure.  Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer.  The EPA recommends to have your house tested for radon.

Septic Dye Test detects any leaks:

A septic dye test can expose obvious leaks and inadequacies in the system. It involves a fluorescent dye being placed into the septic system, which is traced to check that the septic system can handle the volume of waste that is currently being put through it.

Lead Paint Testing:

Lead is a toxic metal that can cause serious health problems if dust and/or paint chips containing lead is ingested or inhaled.

Water Quality Testing:

If your drinking water comes from a household well,

you are responsible for assuring that it is safe. For this

reason, we'll perform a routine test for
common contaminants.
